You can send a Booking Form by either –
1. Cut and paste and complete the Booking Form in Word, or similar software, or
2. Print the Booking Form, complete by hand and post it to my home address, or
3. Email, or text, or post the information to me, i.e. don’t use the Booking Form whatever you prefer.
A Bed Linen & Towel Pack is available for a weekly use of £60 for guests not arriving by car.
Please note that access to Rose Cottage is down 53 steps, the village is built on a hillside so most properties in the village are accessed via steps.
We don’t offer short breaks during school holidays or High Season, so no price per night for certain weeks.

Payment
Payment may be made by Cheque, Postal Order (PO), Bank Transfer, PayPal (please pay using friends & family, if not you will need to pay PayPal fees) if you wish to use credit cards, transfer.
We also accept MoneyGram from the Post Office or Western Union but don`t recommend their use.
Linen
Please supply your own linen, i.e. duvet covers, bottom sheet, pillow cases, towels, bath mat, tea towels
A “non fitted” Double Bed bottom sheet will cover our mattress.
We supply the following –
Standard Double size duvet x1 winter and summer tog duvets
Standard Single size duvet x2 winter and summer tog duvets
Pillows x8

Comprehensive range of cooking equipment, induction hob, fan oven, microwave, quad toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, 3 mobile network mobile WiFi Broadband, Freeview flat screen TV, Panasonic CD / DVD player, Humax FreeSat Recorder, FreeSat / Sky+ dish so that you can attach your own box, Safe, Air2Air heat exchanger, electric heater, heated towel rail, bedside alarm radios x3, dining table & 6 chairs, iron, ironing board, matching crockery, cutlery & glassware,
Our visitors tell us that the house is as well-equipped as their own homes.

Pets
Sorry, out of respect to our neighbours, we DO NOT accept pets.
Smoking
For the comfort of others we ask visitors not to smoke inside the holiday cottage.
Car Parking / Access
You can park free on Ridley Hill, we can always park within 20 yards of the 53 steps down to Rose Cottage except during the Royal Dartmouth Regatta at the end of August. Then you can use a Park & Ride just outside the village.
Change Over
You may take over Rose Cottage from 3 pm, or later, on the day of arrival, but it must be
vacated by 10 am on the day of departure in a clean condition.

plus will be included in your receipt letter.
We keep the keys in a combination Key Safe.
A non returnable booking deposit of £75 per week is requested with your Booking Form.
This is deducted from the balance that is payable at the latest two months before your arrival.
On receipt of your payments we will immediately confirm your reservation and send you a receipt.
We also offer “Part Week” /“Short Breaks” during the Low Season and as last minute bookings.
