Hire Charges & Booking Form Rose Cottage, 1, is available every week of the year. Rental charge is for Rose Cottage per week and is not dependent upon the number of occupants We take Part Week bookings at any time of year if it is a late booking; we do not take advance part week bookings during school holidays. The price for a Part Week is 1/7th of the weekly rate, times the number of nights of your stay plus £35 to contribute to our additional cleaning costs. An example of this calculation would be three days in a week advertised at £210, £210 divide by 7 days = £30 x 3 days = £90 + £35 = £125 for 3 days. Any deposit paid will be returned if Rose Cottage, Kingswear, Pets We are sorry but we do not accept pets / dogs being taken to this holiday home out of consideration to our neighbours and future guests. Smoking For the comfort of others we ask visitors not to smoke inside the holiday cottage. Access Via 53 steps down from Ridley Hill road. Most houses in Linen Please supply your own linen, i.e. duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels, etc. However if you are flying to the One double and two single duvets and eight pillows are provided, together with cooking equipment, dishwasher, Freeview TV, DVD, CD, radio, free Broadband connection, Modem, monitor, keyboard, Sky+ dish & twin cables, (Sky+ box but no card), microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, etc. Visitors tell us that the kitchen is very well equipped - everything you could need. Change over Please arrive after 3pm, on the Saturday of arrival, but must be vacated in a clean condition by 10am on the Saturday of departure. Details concerning keys, etc, will be sent to you with your receipt when you return your Booking Form. A non-returnable booking deposit of £75 per week is required. This is of course, deducted from the balance that is payable at the latest two months before arrival. On receipt of your Booking Form and Deposit we will immediately confirm your booking. We also offer "Part Week" bookings at any time of the year, but not during school holiday unless it is a late booking.
